Magnet Therapy is one among the Naturopathy / Holistic healing systems.
The use of magnets is an aid to nature. The application of magnets, works like medicine and restores the body to its natural state. The magnetic effect is primarily through
Hemoglobin[iron], in the blood. With increased blood circulation, the effect is enhanced
through digestive, nervous, respiratory, urinary systems etc. With increased electro-magnetic effect, the vibratory co ordination between each individual cell also increases.
Thereby, each cell performance is healthier. This brings in a better health.

Magnet therapy is very unique in many respects. It is very easy to learn and administer, hence, it is termed as a Self Help Therapy. This Therapy is equally effective in acute as well as chronic health problems. Last but not the least, it has negligible Side effects.

Magnets once purchased, lasts you for a life-time, and serves you like a Silent Doctor.

You may use Unipolar or Bipolar method of Treatment. For faster and satisfactory results,
apply a single magnet, on the affected organ directly. Low power magnet is preferred on a sensitive organ, even for a longer period. Consider the properties of South / North pole, the
affected organ, stage of the disease, and then use a magnet/s accordingly.

The treatment may be taken, as per the needs of the patient. It may be taken in a sitting/sleeping
etc.position. For a full body treatment, sleeping position is the best. Wherever possible use a
wooden chair/bed, for better results. Convenience is more important than the size/shape/power / position of the magnet/s during treatment. So use, as per necessity,time and convenience.


Precautions : Do not eat/drink and bathe for 1 hour before/after this treatment. The very same High power magnets, can be used to magnetize water/milk/hair or massage oil. You need approximately 12/24 hours, to charge water, 15 / 30 mins. to charge milk, 8/12 days to charge
oil, to enhance their effects. North/South pole independently or use both according to necessity.

Do not keep the magnets/magnetic equipment, in/on a metal table/cupboard, near any electric /
electronic items, or near any form of heat. Do not allow magnets to clash against each other. Prevent them from falling from a height, as they may break. Do not keep them on the ground either. Prefer using a wooden plank.

It is always desirable to use other therapies, along with Magnetic Treatment. Acupressure/
Reflexology/Massage etc can enhance the effect of this treatment. Ayurvedic / Homeopathic / Unani medicines, if taken internally, under proper prescription, will only help to bring the health problem, under control.

In a rare,rare case of aggravation, due to oversensitiveness or otherwise, drink a cup of strong coffee, or vomit, or hold a piece of Justa, till the aggravation subsides.


PROPERTIES OF SOUTH POLE {SOUTH FACING}

South pole is used to reduce Pain, Stiffness, Swelling, Soreness and Heat, from the body. It imparts,peace and coolness. It slows down circulation. It inhibits bacteria activity and hence controls Infection. It is also used to control unwanted growth, as well as body temperature.
It is generally used in all infectious diseases, inflammatory conditions of Arthritic, Rheumatic, pain with/without swelling etc., to arrest unwanted growth in tumors, boils, carbuncles etc;
in insomnia and also to regulate body temperature.

PROPERTIES OF NORTH POLE {NORTH FACING}

Properties of North Pole are very much opposite to that of South Pole.

North Pole imparts warmth, energy etc, and also speeds up blood circulation. It is stimulatory and produces expansion of body tissues. It encourages activity and growth, and increases body temperature.

Therefore, it is useful in the treatment of Paralysis [as patient needs warmth,energy and better blood circulation in affected organs], Hernia, Constipation , Indigestion, all sorts of muscle-
disorders/ weakness, General Weakness, Leucoderma, Unconsciousness and like disorders.
